Keith Company, Cause No. 067-348166-23, pending in the District Court of Tarrant County, Texas, 67th Judicial District Court. If the Court approves the Settlement, it will resolve claims arising from the Data Security Incident involving the Ben E. Keith Company (“Defendant”). 
  • If you are an individual in the United States who was sent a Notice Letter from Ben E. Keith Company regarding the March 2023 Data Security Incident, you may be entitled to receive a Cash Payment and Credit Monitoring from a class action settlement.

Submitting a timely and valid Claim Form is the only way to receive Settlement Class Member Benefits. Any Settlement Class Member who does not request exclusion from the Settlement may submit a Claim Form.
